To apply for a Language Teacher Training Scholarship please complete and submit this application form by 23:59 (GMT) on Monday 3rd March.
However, we recommend that you submit well in advance to ensure that you have all information and documents in place and that the process has been successful.
Please use your application reference number if you contact the British Council, so that we can locate your application.

If you wish to apply for the Language Assistants programme for placements in 2025-26, complete and submit this application by 13:00 GMT on 30th January 2025.
Once you have submitted your application, an automatic email will be sent to your referee requesting a reference for you. Ensure your reference is completed before 13:00 GMT on 13th February 2025.
If your reference has not been submitted by this deadline, your application will be marked as incomplete and will not taken forward for assessment. It is your responsibility to ensure an eligible referee is available to submit by this date.
We cannot offer deadline extensions. We highly recommend that you arrange your referee as early as possible to avoid missing the deadline.
